Lombok Earthquake Care Donation
Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Ikhtiar Makassar Endeavor is a school that combines general learning with Islamic religion as a reinforcement and the basis of every lesson taught. Technically speaking, the concept of learning in the Makassar Integrated Islamic Elementary School combines scientific theories in the classroom and application of scholarly reality. In the sense that what is embraced in the classroom can be perceived directly by students who are packaged in a Fieltrip activity.
The earthquake that occurred in Lombok West Nusa Tenggara on Sunday, August 05, 2018, makes us feel sad and empathy appears in us all the calamities that befall our brethren there. There are not very few organizations and other public institutions that make donations in order to help victims of the disaster.
The Makassar Integrated Islamic elementary school as an Islamic-based school gave special attention to those who hit the disaster. The program "Caring for Lombok", is a program organized by SDIT Ikhtiar which gave rise to the enthusiasm that is so great for all the academic civitas in Makassar endeavours to provide the most specific contribution for all students and parents/guardians SDIT Makassar Endeavor.
This activity is expected to foster the Spirit Ukhuwah Islamiyah or fraternity as an implementation of the Prophet Muhammad hadith. That Islam is one body that if one part of the body is sick then the other body will also feel pain. The calamity that struck the people of Lombok West Nusa Tenggara is just as befell us.
In addition, this activity is held to foster a sense of social concern for students as an implementation of the academic lessons they get in class. With this activity is expected to all students are able to apply directly the spirit of Ukhuwah Islamiyah and creation of sensitivity and social care.
Donation activities concerned with the disaster in Lombok by SDIT students of Makassar Endeavor held on Tuesday, August 20th, 2018. In the event, the total amount of the final donation amounted to Rp. 16. 203,500 and channelled through the Makassar Rumah Zakat Institute which is located. On Jalan Sunu Makassar.
The donation activity of Lombok provides a separate motivation for students, teachers, and parents/guardians of students. Hopefully, the activity can help our brothers and sisters who are affected in Lombok and may our children grow into Muslims and Muslimah who always keep the brotherhood of faith and social sensitivity attached to them.
